Integrate Instagram Direct

Before starting, make sure you have:

• A business account on Instagram
  Access your Instagram profile and click “Settings.”
  Select “Switch to Professional Account” and follow the instructions to make the switch if you don’t already have one.

• Your Instagram account connected to a Facebook page
  Access your pages from this link:

  Select your page and go to Settings.
  In the side menu, click “Instagram” and connect your Instagram business account.
  
  

Steps to Integrate Instagram Direct with Nexloo:

Step 1: In the Nexloo app, click “Settings” and then “Inboxes.”

Step 2: Within the “Inboxes” section, click the “Add Inbox” button.

Step 3: Select the “Messenger” icon (the same one used to integrate Facebook).

Step 4: Log in with Facebook
Click the “Log in with Facebook” button and follow the instructions to log in to your account.
If you are already logged in on the browser or device, simply click “Continue with Facebook.”

Step 5: Authenticate and select the Instagram account
After authenticating Facebook access, select the Instagram account you want to integrate.
Grant all requested permissions to ensure the integration works correctly.

Step 6: Add agents
Go to the “Add Agents” section and select the team members who will be able to respond to direct messages from Instagram within the Nexloo platform.

Step 7: Complete the integration
Click “Add” or “Save,” as indicated on the platform.

Done! Your Instagram Direct inbox has been successfully created.
From now on, whenever a customer sends a message to your Instagram account, you and your team will be able to view and respond directly from Nexloo.
