In this tutorial, we’ll detail how you can set up and create your chatbot’s first basic flow on the  Nexloo platform  , using  Typebot  .

 

Step 1: Access the Nexloo platform

Step 2: Typebot Dashboard

• Click on the  Create a bot option

• select “  Start from scratch”

Step 3: Name and publish the bot

• The builder will appear.   Give your bot a name, for example, “Store Name,” and click  Publish  .

• When posting, a  bot ID  will be generated , which must be copied into the following configuration.

Step 4: Configure the integration

In the side menu, click  Settings > Apps  .

In the Typebot option, click  Configure

Add a  new webhook  :

• • Enter the bot name (this name is internal only and will not be visible to the client).
  • Paste the ID copied above.
  • Select the inbox, such as  WhatsApp  , where the messages will be sent.

Click  Create  to complete the integration.

• Return to the Typebot dashboard   and click the option in the side menu.

• Open the   created bot .

And that’s it, now you can start creating your flow with drag and drop
