How to Convert Official WhatsApp to the WhatsApp Business App

1. Access the settings options in your Business Manager and locate the “WhatsApp Accounts” section.

2. Select the WhatsApp account you want to delete and click “Settings”.

3. Then, go to “WhatsApp Manager” and click on the account name.

4. Locate the “Phone Numbers” option and click the trash icon to remove the number.

5. Continue by clicking “Next”, then enter your password and the reason for deletion.

6. Finish by clicking the “Delete” button.
