Folders

Folders in the Nexloo platform allow users to organize and filter conversations with clients according to different categories, providing efficient workflow management. Follow the instructions below to create, select, and delete folders:

  1. Starting Folder Creation:
    Click on ‘Conversations’ (01) and then on the ‘Filter Conversations’ icon (02).
  2. Applying Filters:
    In the filter pop-up window, select the desired filter type (default, additional, custom attributes), the operator (equals, not equals), and the conversation status (open, resolved, pending, postponed, all).
    Click ‘Apply Filters.’
  3. Saving a New Folder:
    After applying the filter, click the ‘Save Filter’ icon at the top of the conversation list panel.
    In the new window, enter a name for the folder in the ‘Name this Filter’ field and click ‘Save Filter.’
  4. Selecting a Saved Folder:
    The created and saved folders will appear in the sidebar of the screen.
    Simply click on the desired folder to view the corresponding conversations.
  5. Deleting a Saved Folder:
    To delete a folder, click on the trash icon (delete filter) to the right of the folder name.
    Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window by choosing ‘No, keep’ to cancel or ‘Yes, delete’ to confirm the removal of the folder.

With these simple steps, you can manage your conversations in an organized and efficient way in Nexloo, making it easier for your team to access and view relevant data.
