Creating and Verifying Your Business Manager
To use the Official WhatsApp API, you must have a verified Meta Business Manager.
Meta Business Manager is an essential tool for organizing and managing your business on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Before we begin, some important information:

You need to have a personal Facebook account.

Each personal profile can only create two accounts in Business Manager.

It is mandatory to have a tax identification number (CNPJ).
Below is the step-by-step process for creating your Business Manager:

Go to business.facebook.com/overview .

Click “Create an account” , fill in the details and submit.

Then, confirm your account by clicking the link sent to your email.

Please verify your business to enjoy all the features.

In the left side menu, click on “Company Information” .

Then, click “Edit” to enter your company details.

Complete the company information as registered with the Federal Revenue Service and click “Save . ”

Click “View Details” in the company verification status field.

Make two important settings:

Setup 1 – Two-Factor Authentication: Enable two-factor authentication on your Facebook profile and select the “All” option in your Business Manager.

Setting 2 – Add another admin: Add an additional admin to your Business Manager by clicking the “Add” button .

After performing these steps, you may still see the message shown in the image (not included).

Click on the “Pages” field and select “Add” .

Choose “Add a Page” and select your page.

Access the side menu “Records” and then “News Pages” .

Select your pages and click “Finish” .

Return to the company verification field and click “Start Verification . ”

Select the country and complete the company details according to your CNPJ file.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your account to be verified.

If you make an error, please check your email and the status in your Business Manager for possible corrections.
