Create Your Teams
To create your “teams,” that is, the departments that will interact with customers, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to your Nexloo account settings.
Step 2: Click the “Teams” button.
Step 3: Select “Create New Team.”
Step 4: Enter the department name, such as Finance, Marketing, Legal, etc.
Step 5: Write a brief description about that area of the company.
Step 6: Create a routing message, which will be sent to the customer right after they select the desired department.
Step 7: Click “Create Team.”
Step 8: Select the collaborators responsible for the department, click “Add Agents,” then “Continue” — and that’s it!
