Follow these simple steps to connect your WhatsApp Web to the Nexloo platform :

Step 1:

Access the settings in the Nexloo app.

Step 2:

Click “Inbox” and then “Add Inbox”

Step 3:

• When you see the social media, email, and API icons, select the “ WPP ” icon to connect to WhatsApp Web.
• Create a name for your tray and add your agents

• In “Inbox” and locate the QR CODE icon.

Step 5:

On your phone, open the WhatsApp app and tap the three-dot icon in the top right corner.
Then select “WhatsApp Web” from the list of options.

Step 6:

Tap “Link a device” and point your phone’s camera at the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
Wait until the code is successfully scanned and your WhatsApp Web is connected .

Note:

Before linking your WhatsApp with Nexloo, make sure to delete all previous WhatsApp Web connections
on your phone. After that, point the camera at the QR Code again to complete the scan.

If the connection is lost, just repeat these same steps.

Ready!

Your WhatsApp is now connected to the Nexloo system.
You can start chatting with your customers directly from the platform!
