Command Bar
The Nexloo Command Bar is designed to make navigation through the platform panel easier, offering a series of useful commands accessible via simple keyboard shortcuts:
- Windows and Linux: Ctrl + K
- Mac: Cmd + K
And the best part? You can access it from anywhere in the Nexloo panel!
How to Open the Command Bar:
Press the corresponding keyboard shortcuts:
- Windows and Linux: Ctrl + K
- Mac: Cmd + K
Quick Navigation:
Use the Command Bar to quickly navigate to different areas of the system, such as Reports, Settings, and more.
Select the desired page and press ENTER to access it instantly.
For example, by typing “Contacts”, the bar automatically suggests the “Contacts Panel”, allowing you to press ENTER to go directly there.

Conversations:
- Reopen conversation
- Mute conversation
- Send transcript by email
- Assign an agent

Assigning an Agent:
- Open the Command Bar.
- Search for “Agent.”
- Choose one of the suggested options and press ENTER.
- Select the desired agent to assign them to the conversation.
