Step 3: Flow Creation Area
Blocks
What are blocks?
Blocks are the fundamental elements that make up conversation flows in Typebot. Each flow is composed of a chain of blocks, which can be combined in various ways to create simple or complex conversations.
When you drag a block into your flow, it will automatically be integrated into a group. Groups help organize the chatbot’s structure and can have custom titles for easier navigation.
To make it easier to create your bot, blocks are organized into different categories based on their function:
Bubbles
These are blocks used to display messages or information to the user, such as text, images, or links.
Tickets
Blocks that request a response from the user. Pause the conversation until the user provides information, such as text, email, or option selection.
Logic
Blocks used to define rules and logic in the flow. They operate in the background and are invisible to the user. They allow the conversation path to be controlled based on specific conditions.
Integrations
Blocks that connect Typebot to external services, such as spreadsheets, CRMs, or APIs. They allow you to automatically send or receive data during a conversation.
