Connect your Page and Instagram
Follow the step-by-step instructions to connect your Instagram account to the Nexloo platform and start using Meta automations:

Access the platform
In the side menu of the Nexloo platform, click on the “Campaigns” icon .
Then, select “Meta Automations” .

Connect your Instagram inbox:
When you open the screen, you’ll see a message indicating that no inbox is connected.
Click “Connect Inbox” .

Sign in with your Facebook account:
Click “Continue with Facebook” .
A pop-up will open requesting authorization. Confirm.

Choose the right assets:
Select the Facebook page linked to Instagram and click “Continue . ”
Select the business account (Business Manager) and click “Continue” .
Choose the correct Instagram and click “Continue” , then “Save” .

End the connection:
After these steps, the list of Meta authorizations will appear, click “Save” .
After confirmation, a message will appear indicating that the connection was successful. Click “Understood . “

Create your inbox:
Select the linked page again.
Give your inbox a name and then click “Create inbox . ”

Define responsible agents:
Select the agents who will serve this tray and add them.

Access your inbox:
Click “Take me there” to go directly to the newly created inbox.

Ready to go!
Your inbox is now linked to our platform.
Return to the Campaigns > Meta Automations screen — your account will now be ready to create your first campaign.
