How to Create Message Templates for the Cloud API

To create your message templates for use with the Official WhatsApp Cloud API, follow the step-by-step guide below:

1. Access Meta Business Manager
   Go to your Meta Business Manager and navigate to All Tools, then click WhatsApp Manager.

2. Open Message Templates
   Within WhatsApp Manager, select Message Templates.

3. Create a New Template
   Click Create Template to start the process of creating a new message template.

4. Choose Template Details
   Select the template category, enter a name to identify it, choose the message language, and click Continue.

5. Compose Your Message
   Now it’s time to create your message. Use the variables fields to personalize your messages.
   It is important to provide example content for each variable so Meta can understand the context of the message to be sent to users.

   After entering the content, click Submit.

6. Confirm the Template
   After reviewing your message, click Confirm.

Congratulations! Your message is now under review, which may take up to 24 hours. Once approved, it will be ready for use in Nexloo.
