Here’s how to integrate your Telegram account with the Nexloo platform.
Follow these simple steps:

Step 1:

In the Nexloo app , click on “Settings” and then “Inboxes” .

Step 2:

Within the “Inboxes” section , click the “Add Inbox” button .

Step 3:

Select the “Telegram” option as indicated on the screen.

Step 4: Create a new bot in Telegram using BotFather

1. Open the Telegram app and search for the user “@BotFather” .

2. Send the command /newbotto start the creation process.

3. Follow the instructions to define a name and username for your bot.

4. Once created, BotFather will send you an access token (API token) .

5. Copy that token and paste it into the “Bot Token” field within the Nexloo platform.

6. Click on “Create Telegram channel” .

Step 5: Add agents to your Telegram inbox

Click “Add Agents” and add collaborators who will be able to access messages received via Telegram.

Step 6: Test the integration

1. Send a message from any account to the company’s Telegram bot .

2. Check if the message appears correctly in the Telegram inbox on Nexloo .

That’s it! You’ve successfully created your Telegram inbox and can now start receiving and replying to messages directly from Nexloo .
