Integrate Professional Email
Now we’ll show you how to integrate your email into Nexloo.
Follow these simple steps:
Step 1:
In the Nexloo app , click on “Settings” and then “Inboxes” .
Step 2:
Within the “Inboxes” section , click the “Add Inbox” button .
Step 3:
Select the “Email” option as shown on the screen.
Step 4: Complete the necessary information

Enter a name to identify the mail channel.

Enter the email address to which your customers will send messages.

Click the blue “Create Email Channel” button to continue.
Step 5: Add collaborators (agents)

On the next screen, add the collaborators who will be assigned to the email inbox.

Click “Copy” to save the panel code (useful in case of technical issues).

Then, click on the green “Take me there” button.
Step 6: Activate IMAP settings for the mail channel
If you’re using Gmail , make sure you enable IMAP in your email settings:

Access your Gmail account.

Go to Settings > Forwarding & POP/IMAP .

Activate the “Enable IMAP” option and save the changes.
On the Nexloo platform:

Go to “Settings” > “Inboxes” and select the inbox you created.

In the “Settings” tab , check the “Enable IMAP settings for this inbox” option .

Fill in the required fields:

IMAP server address
-
Port
-
Email
-
Password
-
-
Click “Update IMAP Settings” .
Step 7: Test the integration

Send an email to the address you set up with IMAP.

Check Nexloo to see if the message appears correctly in your inbox.
