Integrate Website Chat
Now we’ll explain how to integrate Website Chat into your Nexloo platform. Follow these simple steps:
Step 1:
In the Nexloo app , click on “Settings” and then “Inboxes” .
Step 2:
Within the “Inboxes” section , click the “Add Inbox” button .
Step 3:
Select the “Website” option as shown on the screen.
Step 4: Complete the requested information

Website name
-
Corresponding domain (URL)
-
Widget color that aligns with your brand’s visual identity

Initial greeting for visitors (e.g., “Hello,” “Good morning,” etc.)

A more detailed welcome message that brings your company closer to the customer.
Step 5: Activate the channel greeting
Make sure to enable the greeting so it appears to website visitors.
Step 6: Create the inbox
Once you’ve completed your details, click the blue “Create Inbox” button to finish.
Step 7: Add collaborators (agents)
Go to “Add Agents” and add the collaborators responsible for handling messages from the website.
⚠️ Even if you’re an administrator, you must add yourself as an agent to view and manage your inbox.
Step 8: Finish the setup
After adding the agents, complete the process as directed.
That’s it! Your Website Chat is now integrated with Nexloo.
However, for it to work, you still need to perform two additional steps:

Add the widget to your website:
Copy and paste the code snippet provided by Nexloo into your website’s HTML. -
Check its display on the site:
Make sure the chat is visible and functional on your website.
With these steps, you’ll be ready to offer direct customer service and support from your website.
