Integrate Facebook Messenger

To integrate with Facebook Messenger, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Access the Nexloo app settings.

Step 2: Then, select “Inboxes” to manage your channels.

Step 3: Within the “Inboxes” section, click the “Add Inbox” button.

Step 4: When viewing the icons for social media, email, and API, select the “Messenger” icon to integrate Facebook Messenger.

Step 5: Log in with Facebook
Click the “Log in with Facebook” button and follow the instructions to access your Facebook account.
If you are already logged in on the device, simply click “Continue with Facebook.”

Step 6: Grant the necessary permissions
After logging in, enable all requested permissions to ensure the integration works correctly.

Step 7: Add agents to the inbox
Go to the “Add Agents” section and include the team members you want to assign to the Facebook Messenger inbox.

Step 8: Complete the integration
After adding the agents, finish the process by clicking “Add” or “Save,” as indicated.

Step 9: Integration confirmation
Once the integration is complete, you will receive a success confirmation.
From now on, whenever a customer sends messages to your company via Facebook Messenger, you and your team will be able to view and respond to them directly from the Nexloo platform.
