Contact Import on the Platform

Access the “Contacts” section in the Nexloo panel.
Click the “Import” button located at the top right of the screen.

Choose the CSV file delimiter and select the corresponding country.
Then, click “Select File” to choose the contacts file you want to import.
Select the desired file from your spreadsheet and click “Open” to start the import process.

Map the fields from your spreadsheet to the Nexloo fields to ensure a correct import.
If a field does not exist in your spreadsheet, leave it blank.
Then, click “Import” to begin the import.

Check the status of your import by accessing your email.
If any issues occur during the import, the system will send a link to download the contacts that were not imported correctly.
