Contacts

The Contacts section in Nexloo is like a database of the users/final clients you have interacted with using the Nexloo widget. To access and perform various actions, follow this step-by-step guide:

  1. Accessing the Contacts Section:
    On the home screen, click on ‘Contacts.’
  2. Adding a New Contact:
    Select the ‘New Contact’ option.
    Fill in the requested information, such as name, email, phone number, and company.
    Add additional information if necessary.
    Click ‘Send.’
  3. Sending an Outgoing Conversation:
    Click on the ‘View Details’ icon next to the contact’s name.
    In the contact details section, click the ‘New Message’ button.
    Choose the inbox for the conversation and write the message.
    Click ‘Send Message.’
  4. Adding Notes to a Contact:
    Click on the client’s name to access the details.
    Enter your observations in the Notes field.
    Click “Add.”
  5. Bulk Import of Contacts:
    On the contacts page, click “Import.”
    Select the desired CSV file.
    Check and adjust the columns as needed.
    Click “Import.”
  6. Searching and Filtering Contacts:
    Use the search field to find contacts by name, email, or phone number.
    For advanced filters, click “Filter” and configure the desired attributes.
    Apply filters and save them as needed.
    Clear the filters when you want to return to the original list.
