Custom Attributes
In Nexloo, you can create Custom Attributes to track specific information about your contacts and conversations. This includes details such as subscription plans, important dates, and customer preferences. See how easy it is to add a new custom attribute:
Step 1: Access Settings
Click on ‘Settings’ in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Add a New Attribute
Select ‘Custom Attributes’ from the list of options.
In the custom attributes panel, click the green ‘Add Custom Attribute’ button.
Step 3: Complete the Details
In the modal that opens, fill in the following fields:
- Choose the attribute type: Conversation or Contact.
- Enter a Display Name to identify the attribute.
- Define a unique key for the attribute.
- Provide a brief description of the attribute.
- Choose the data type: Text, Number, Link, Date, List, or Checkbox.
Step 4: Create the Attribute
After completing all details, click the green ‘Create’ button.
If successful, you will see the message: “Custom attribute added successfully.”
Now you can track personalized information about your contacts and conversations in an organized and efficient way.
