Enable Fixed Agent for Contacts
In the Nexloo panel, click on the gear icon to access the settings.
Select the “Inboxes” option in the settings menu.
Locate the specific inbox for which you want to enable this feature and click on the corresponding gear icon.
In the inbox settings menu, choose the “Collaborators” option.
Check the box “Enable contact assignment to fixed agent.”
Done! The automatic contact assignment configuration is complete.
