Satisfaction Survey
To view customer satisfaction surveys, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Access Reports
In the Nexloo panel, click on the ‘Reports’ icon.
Step 2: Select the CSAT Option
On the reports page, click on the ‘CSAT’ section.
Step 3: View the Details
You will see the details of the Customer Satisfaction Surveys from the last 7 days, with the default date range already set.
Step 4: Filter by Different Results
If you wish, you can filter the results by agent name, team, inbox, and emoji.
It is possible to select multiple agents from the dropdown list.
Done! Now you can easily monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
